Crown Dental Group Participates in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule
Crown Dental Group is proud to participate in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), meaning that eligible children may be entitled to up to $1000 in benefits that can be used on selected basic dental services offered by Crown Dental Group. Eligible children will have no out of pocket costs!

The Department of Human Services will assess a child’s eligibility from the start of the calendar year. A notification of a child’s eligibility will be sent by mail to the child’s residence at the start of the calendar year, and this letter should be presented to Crown Dental Group at the time of the appointment. In the case of having misplaced or not received the notification, we are also able to check your child’s eligibility online or over the phone.
Dental services covered by the CDBS include:
- fissure sealing
- root canals
- partial dentures
* Child Dental Benefits are not available on any orthodontic or cosmetic dental work, and cannot be used for any services provided in a hospital.
